Still Alive

Sorry for the lack of updates. Not much to update on, though. I have managed to cut back my hours at work in favor of a) being more active and going to the gym, and b) finishing that pesky Masters degree. This officially is my last semester, and I have about 3 weeks to finish my coding and turn in a preliminary thesis to my advisor. I expect about 2 weeks of revisions before turning the whole thing in and hopefully getting a slip of paper. It's been one hell of a journey trying to finish this damn thing, and words cannot describe how relieved I'll be to have it past me.

One bit of exciting news is I have booked a trip to Rome for my birthday at the end of the month. I figure if I'm gonna spend it alone, it may as well be in a cool place. I am only there for 2.5 days so I won't get to see near everything it has to offer. But I'm thinking I can get 2 full days of the main attractions.

As for departing the UK, I am still tracking to an April 13 end date, followed by a few days in Greece, a few days on the east coast, and a cross country road trip back to Denver. Once settled, I'll...I honestly don't know what I will do first. But whatever it is, it will be glorious. And also probably involve a 2,000 calorie burrito.
